About Michael Riddile

I am a skilled writer and communications content creator and manager with extensive experience in project and product management, public policy, and professional training and education. In every challenge I take on, I strive to produce excellent results, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and to enhance the value of the final product. I have a history of independently generating ideas to provide value to customers and members and taking the lead to see those ideas through. When I learned about new streaming technologies in the electronic games market that would have a significant impact on NTCA’s internet service provider members, I proposed and led an initiative to educate members about these technologies and how video games impact their networks today. This included organizing and speaking on three separate conference panels and authoring a featured article for the association magazine. I am versatile in taking on new areas of knowledge and have demonstrated an ability to adapt and manage many different types of projects simultaneously. At NTCA, I was able to make use of my education and extensive experience in public policy to be of service to the association’s advocacy efforts. This included serving as the association’s official alternate representative to the FCC’s North American Numbering Council, where I was entrusted to quickly grasp new policy ideas and concepts. I am seeking new opportunities in northern Virginia where I can utilize my skills in writing, communication, and project management to grow and thrive.
