About Michael Riggs

Passionate advocate increasing the awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). I consult with organizations to develop an Emergency Action Plan along with training their employees to effectively respond to medical emergencies with confidence and proficiency maintaining a strong chain of survival. I also provide proven, life-saving Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to greatly increase the survival of the SCA victim. During the first chapter of my career, I worked as a first responder in several capacities from Marine Corps Military Policeman to Firefighter/Paramedic responding to situations when emergency personnel were needed. Unfortunately, the outcome of those situations was not always favorable often due to the fact that organizations had not proactively prepared. The second half of my career I have worked with organizations to help them prepare to respond to whatever situations they are forced to face. This always starts with an Emergency Action Plan (EAP). An EAP identifies possible situations that may occur and develops a well-thought-out written plan that includes training and regularly scheduled drills to ensure efficiency.
