I am a creative, goal-oriented business administration professional with 29 years of multifaceted experience in medical administration, human resources, corporate communications, and media/public relations. I offer expertise in the following areas:*Process Improvement: Demonstrated track record of success in crafting policies and procedures and strategic initiatives, that effect organizational change, improve efficiencies, and drive sustained organizational performance and growth.*Business Operations: Detail-driven administrator with background in team leadership, budget management, human resources, regulatory compliance, and policies and procedures. Prior to my experience in medical administration, I spent 14 years in progressively responsible media relations and communications positions for the Cincinnati Reds and Atlanta Braves. In addition, I am a published author, with my first book (Six Bits, 2011) receiving recognition as a 2012 finalist in the USA Best Book Awards for General Fiction, and second book (A Debt of War, 2020) currently in post-production.
