About Michael Rios

Having over 18 years of experience as a financial advisor, I enjoy partnering with my clients as I help them to achieve their goals. I take great satisfaction in providing confidence to my clients as I guide them through the investment decisions that accompany their most important life events. While I was raised in Grand Rapids, I am proud to say that I did venture out into the world and serve my country as a US Army Ranger. After my time in service to our country was complete, I had the honor of serving the community of the Atlanta area as a Police Officer in DeKalb County, GA. After spending over a decade away, it was time to come home, raise a family and start my career as a financial advisor serving the community of Grand Rapids and beyond. As part of a blended family, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that combining hopes, dreams and goals can pose. Having been raised by a single mother with Spina Bifida, I am also keenly aware of the challenges faced when planning for a family member with special needs. I enjoy paying it forward by volunteering my time as a board member of The Family Hope Foundation. I also find tremendous personal satisfaction in training for and competing in multiple Ironman triathlons. Give us a call or stop by the office for a visit.
