About Michael Ritter

I am a very goal and career driven individual who thrives on hard work and dedication to their environment through energized self motivation. I believe in understanding both who you work for, as well as who you work with. This allows efficiencies to be reached and common goals to be obtained. I have worked in the call center industry for nearly seven (7) years, with the past two (2) years working for Microsoft, aiding in revamping their quality program across the business and their call center vendors. My desire is in the management of others, providing my experience and expertise in personal excellence. Having a background in Psychology, I am able to work well with others and speak to individuals on common ground, easily achieving mutual understandings and managing personnel to optimal performance. Having worked, and managed. in technical call centers, I am used to a fast paced, ever changing environment. I am used to meeting deadlines and working with strict clientele. I am very detailed oriented and have a passion for the small things, but don't ever let them prevent me from understanding the large-scale goals.
