About Michael Rizk

My career spans over 10 years in the areas of Internal Audit, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) with a strong foundation in data analysis and diversity across multiple industries, corporations (both publicly traded or non-investor owned), and lines of business. The skills I have attained have been transferable to each role and through an end-to-end process centric mindset has resulted in the identification of various material control gaps and/or weaknesses with operations, technical and fraud areas through the use of data analysis. At Elevance Health, my current role as Program Director for Artificial Intelligence is leading the vendor (third-party) AI impact and risk assessment program and leading other strategic initiatives that enhance our technological capabilities and readiness from an audit and compliance perspective. With a focus on technical integrity and continuous process improvement with a data first mindset, I use analytical tools such as Diligent (formerly ACL Analytics) and develop Tableau dashboards to provide insight, transparency and visibility that enables actionable intelligence to make better decisions faster and proactively meet corporate and regulatory responsibilities.
