About Michael Roberto

I have a passion for aligning quality improvement best practices in the realm of healthcare operations. To accomplish this aim, I have continued to pursue advanced degrees and quality-specific certifications to improve my skillset to improve myself, my team and the organizational as a whole. My career started as a data analyst in the software industry, which eventually led to me to working in various financial analyst and management roles in university medical centers. Upon relocating in 2012 to Northeast Ohio, my focus shifted to insurance within a vertically integrated health system, where I have progressed from analyst to management. I enjoy every day of my work and look forward to continually developing ways to improve the daily operations and patient outcomes associated with our health system.
