As a Global R&D Development Manager in ABB's Motion Drive Products division my responsibilities include ensuring that the global R&D development roadmaps, processes and tools, and portfolio performance are in line with the division’s targets, as well as driving collaboration and quality across countries and sites. I am also involved in developing several aspects including our framework for leadership and domain competence and capability development, R&D performance KPI:s, an architecture and platform framework among other.Previously I was working as a Global Quality Assurance Manager and I was responsible for our medium to long term testing and quality improvement strategy and lead the development of our testing practices, capabilities and quality culture. I collaborate with all our Centers of Expertise to drive a customer-centric development and quality assurance culture. I'm also an experienced Product Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. Skilled in Research and Development (R&D) and software development. Strong program and project management professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Aalto University.
