More specifically, in residential Loan Origination for all manner of Conventional, Government and Community programs. Although I can lend in 48 states Real Estate Lending is really a local business and I proudly serve the community I live in. My business is almost entirely focused in North Central CT and Western MA. I entered the lending business educated in finance with a gift for forging relationships, bridging gaps and finding ways to motivate groups towards a collective goal. This business, the clients, the markets, the ever changing regulatory landscape and the commitment to build long term relationships in the communities I serve has proven extremely rewarding.
