About Michael Roland

With over 6 years of IT support and engineering experience, I am passionate about developing automations and PowerApps to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the help desk team at RKON, a leading cloud and managed services provider. I am certified in Microsoft 365: Design and Implement Services, MS-100 & MS-101, and Advanced Gladiator by Mimecast, and have expertise in hardware, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate. I am motivated by the mission of RKON to deliver innovative and reliable IT solutions to its clients, and I value collaboration, creativity, and customer satisfaction. As a T2 Senior Engineer/Automation Lead at RKON, I handle escalated tickets from the Tier 1 team, write PowerShell scripts to assist with daily tasks, and provide world-class customer service to end users. I also work within the Azure environment to deploy and manage devices, and provide support using Active Directory/Office 365. I have successfully implemented several automations and PowerApps that have improved the productivity and quality of the help desk team, and have received positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of IT professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
