About Michael Rosser

With over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, I am a passionate and driven District Leader, overseeing 10 stores across Northern Alberta. I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, increasing sales and profitability, and developing high-performing teams. I have also successfully implemented various initiatives and strategies to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer loyalty. Some of my achievements include leading the district to achieve the highest OI in the country, launching a new store concept store and fulfillment Center in Edmonton, and mentoring several managers who were promoted to higher positions. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. I have a strong background in retail management, with skills in driving results, multi-unit management, inventory control, merchandising, and coaching. I am also a graduate of Ryerson University, with a Bachelor of Business Management degree. I am excited to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and to support the growth and success.
