With over 9 years of experience in subsea testing, I am a passionate and skilled technician who thrives on delivering high-quality testing solutions for a range of subsea and renewable products. My core competencies include material, qualification, and FAT testing, overhead crane operation, data analysis, and client liaison. I am currently a senior subsea test centre technician and department supervisor at Balmoral Offshore Engineering, a leading provider of buoyancy, insulation, and elastomer products and services for the global energy industry. As a senior subsea test centre technician, I am responsible for organising and planning daily work for a team of test technicians and operators, liaising with project and design engineers, and carrying out a wide range of product testing, from design concept to customer supply and aftersales solutions. I also have direct contact with clients to carry out 3rd party testing, making sure to meet their testing requirements, and training of client installations teams, giving them full understanding of our products, how they work, how to correctly install and problem solve potential issues during installations.
