About Michael Rusch

I could never have predicted I’d have the job I do today, but I’m in the right place. I’m intensely interested in what makes some people successful while others struggle. This starts by understanding human nature, identifying winning and constraining habits and establishing a foundation for change. It is a passion of mine to help producers along this journey of discovery and improvement to more secure and confident revenue management. Every day I have the privilege of listening to producers describe their vision for the future, what’s working in their business, and their hurdles. Then we talk about solutions. I bring some good insights based on my early experience with Stewart-Peterson shaping our product line as well as the experience I gain on the road, but I’m always looking to learn more, improve and grow. My family life is filled with three active kids, coaching youth sports, and serving with the direction and outreach of our church. At work, at home and in life, I strive to be productive. I really enjoy helping others be productive, too.
