Wrote AF MILT9941 technical manuals on Parametric Amplifier Van; Di.esel Generator Van. 1965-67: Educational Technologist U.S. Industries, Educational Science Division. Developed 35mm branching programmed instruction film programs for the AutoTutor teaching machine using branching programmed instruction. Successful sales program for Warner Electric Brake and Clutch; Value Engineering program for Morton Thiokol 1967-68: Educational Technologist Performance Systems, NYC. Wrote and managed the successful development of US Small Business Administration Loan Officer Training Course using a unique form of step by step analysis espoused by Dr. Joe Tucker, who later used this project in his U of Maryland teaching. Informal contacts told me it was still in use ten years later! 1967: Wrote and published a branching PI book: The Slide Rule A-C-D Scales. Used in some CA schools, I heard. 1968: Developed linear PI instruction course in the use of USPS postal money orders machine. 1969: Educational Technologist/Manager Forera Corp. Developed programs for pre-schoolers using he Forera 501 Teaching Machine. 1969-73: Technologist Icarus Corp, Silver Spring MD. Designed and programmed in FORTRAN; Electrical power transmission line design and costing, ARAMCO Corp. Wrote USGS manual on use of Gulf of Mexico oil lease management. 1975-1995: Senior Educational Analyst, Education Services, Leesburg, VA. Analyzed Xerox jobs, designed methods of increasing performance; participated in the Ethernet revolution. Net manager/teacher for one of the three Alto/Ethernet systems on the East Coast; the other two being Harvard and the White House. Used systematic educational analysis, testing and development to train Xerox workers in management, sales, basic electrical troubleshooting. Was selected to train new employees. Managed, developed and trained educational analysts. 1981 (circa): President, Potomac Chapter, National Society for Performance and Instruction. Helped restart old Potomac Chapter. Photographer for several national conventions along with Jay Alden. 1982 (Circa), President, Shenandoah Valley Amateur Radio Club, Winchester, VA. 1980-2005, Sole Prop.
