A strong engineering culture requires leadership that understands all facets of development as well as the ability to navigate through the larger business. Strong engineering teams only thrive when strong partnerships with business stakeholders and executive management are in place. These relationships depend on trust, open communication and honest feedback. I have a track record of driving exceptional product delivery in complex program management environments. A few examples of recent career accomplishments include- Microservice architectural assessments for large financial and telco customers- Trainings in microservice design patterns, devops principals, automated testing paradigms - App assessment and modernization effort for large asian telco. Also introduced use of data mesh with this organization- Used domain-driven design to decompose monolithic application to microservice system- Delivered new platform while growing our team from 30 to a 65 engineer organization distributed across MA, NY and India- Introduced core Devops principles that increased deployment frequency from four times per year to three times per week. The smaller deployment size resulted in dramatically lower change failure rate- Created roadmaps for future products in conjunction with product, architecture and application technology teams.
