As managing editor of two prestigious national magazines, Travel + Leisure and Popular Mechanics, and as the chief editor of Archways magazine and archwaysmag.org, I earned a track record as a creative thinker with the energy and imagination to bring challenging projects to fruition. I’m in command of the big picture and the fine details, at home in the worlds of print, digital, mobile, social, and video. I’m also a proven team leader, adept at bringing out the best in staff and other collaborators, uniting diverse teams around a common mission. I’ve won awards for video production/direction (CINE Golden Eagle,"The Game Video"), editorial innovation (AmEx Publishing Excellence Award, Travel + Leisure Books launch), systems development (AmEx Publishing Excellence Award, Editorial Tracking System), and brand leadership (Hearst Spotlight Award). I speak four languages, I’ve published two books, and I’m currently at work on a third.
