Possessing 15 years of combined research, capital markets, investment and portfolio management experience, I bring a unique blend of corporate and Wall Street experience to the real estate arena. The knowledge base, analytical skills and relationships that I have developed along the way, have allowed me to build and successfully grow multiple platforms as well as to educate and empower those around me yielding growth and monetizing opportunities.As a former sell-side REIT equity analyst for RBC Capital Markets, I was known my known for industry knowledge, advanced modeling, forecasting accuracy and thoughtful/unbiased research. Covering the residential, lodging and storage sectors, I helped the team significantly expand client and revenue bases ranking consistently in the Top-10 by Institutional Investor (II) and Greenwich. I also earned multiple awards for estimate accuracy and stock selection and was often quote in the WSJ, Fortune, SNL and various REIT Industry publications.In 2015 I transitioned to a corporate role, joining Essex Property Trust (ESS) to direct and grow its private equity platform. Having covered ESS as an analyst, it was an exciting challenge to coordinate efforts across divisions, strengthen relationships and drive value creation through property/portfolio tailored asset and capital management.
