Michael is a Civil Engineer with an MBA, specialising in the Infrastructure Construction Industry. His passion lies in leadership, business strategy, and innovation. Michael is dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of Engineers and Construction Professionals, harnessing their full potential within the construction industry. He is also fervently focused on leveraging new technologies to revolutionize work processes, eliminating mundane data entry tasks and allowing more time for value creation. Throughout his career, Michael has worked across Queensland (QLD), New South Wales (NSW), and the Northern Territory (NT). Additionally, he gained international experience delivering the Berth 7 Expansion of the Manila International Container Terminal in the Philippines. His project portfolio spans diverse domains, including highways, railways, mining, airports, and defence infrastructure. Michael holds prestigious certifications, including being a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and a Registered Engineer in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC Engineer). Michael has also Graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction.
