About Michael Sanchez

I am a day trader in the morning and a mental health intern during the day. They say that 90% of day trading consists of psychology and 10% of skill. As a passionate day trader and future therapist, I explore two very distinctive sides that go hand in hand. The skills that I have gained through day trading and social work have allowed me to form a passion that I have not fully understood. It is an adventure in progress that has led me to profitability and consistency on and off the screen. Day trading has given me a lot of strengths, such as intelligence and strategic skills, while social work has allowed me to be a person of significance to the individuals I work with. Day trading allowed me to discover the importance of mental health in performance. Focusing on mental health and being a mental health intern has helped me improve my trading by decatastrophizing my failures and capitalizing on them. If 90% of day trading consists of psychology, then we better start improving our mental health.
