I am an attorney specializing in chapter 11 bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights. I have over 15 years of experience representing creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, customers, and other parties in interest in all facets of complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and financial restructurings across all industries and in a variety of jurisdictions. I am also experienced representing debtors, lessors, asset purchasers, plan administrators and liquidating trustees, and plaintiffs and defendants in avoidance actions and other bankruptcy-related litigation.
