About Michael Scales

As an executive with a wide range of experiences in operations and turnaround projects I’ve joined LinkedIn to collaborate and share expertise with the community by offering informal networking advice, guidance and contacts across all facets of executive leadership, strategic planning, business development and retail operations. Topics of interest include how to: maximize organizational effectiveness, quality, loyalty and product/service alignment by leveraging best practices and continuous improvement methodologies; successfully grow and improve operating margin and profitability; lead market share growth and brand enhancement efforts; create positive change, leverage efficiencies and exceed business goals in some of the most competitive environments. Projects we can discuss: utilizing resource-focused and outcome-driven priorities, objectives and timetables to deliver performance excellence; transforming inefficient and ineffective executive, quality, sourcing, and franchisee groups into cohesive and dedicated teams; consistently delivering successful outcomes by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop focus and a clear sense of shared purpose. It's always helpful to interact with other open-minded professionals both in and outside personal areas of industry expertise. So, please feel free to do so either via LinkedIn or at michaelscales76@gmail.comshould you also see a benefit in professional networking and exchange.
