A dedicated and results orientated Project/Service Delivery Professional with over 20 years’ experience working in operational roles within banking, finance and Contact Centre industries. Various roles in project management, administration, fulfillment and operational management with expertise gained in a diverse range of positions including leadership, custodial, stock lending and client relationship management. Customer centric in approach with demonstrated expertise in building long term sustainable relationships to drive bench mark operational success in both the implementation of change and continuous improvement as well as day to day operational function at company, team and individual levels. Recognised interpersonal skills, self-discipline and enthusiasm to lead and assist teams to derive those results, learn from them and continually look to improve the way things are done whilst retaining buy in and motivation and understanding from all. A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy and loyalty which enables me to deal effectively and equitably with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver tailored solutions.
