My passion for technology, literature and the spoken word is the perfect marriage to create a seamless and unrivaled customer experience for the brands, products and companies I represent and advocate for. Intuitively an empath, I have always focused on the customer and their challenges, my devotion to customer experience is what makes the businesses I work with successful. This in conjunction my ability to breakdown barriers (perceived or actual) for businesses to establish multiple sales channels digitally and conventionally makes me a great addition to any team or organization. This is WHO I am. A relationship based sales approach has since built an extensive book of business and contacts in the industry which can be leveraged at any time, alongside years of business development experience. By establishing common goals with my client base and a strong mutually beneficial sales process, I have been successful in personal endeavors and within my professional networks. Using my extensive mechanical background and strong business acumen to recognize new and unfounded opportunity. HOW I do so is by introducing products and services to new industries, markets and applications which have not recognized their need for these products.
