I’m a Product Leader with 10+ years of experience driving strategy, execution, and growth across healthcare technology products. With a unique background that blends front-end development and product management, I bring both technical fluency and customer-centric thinking to the teams I lead. I began my career building Electronic Health Record systems, giving me hands-on experience in complex, regulated environments where usability and reliability are paramount. As I moved into Product Management, I naturally gravitated toward building scalable solutions that improve outcomes for both patients and providers. Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional Agile teams, from engineering to design to operations, delivering enterprise SaaS products used in clinical settings nationwide. I thrive on connecting the dots between business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, and I believe the best products come from strong collaboration and clear strategic vision. Currently, I manage a suite of healthcare engagement tools at Surgical Information Systems, shaping long-term roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, leading product discovery and execution efforts in a fast-paced environment. Outside of work, I keep my technical edge sharp through hobby full-stack development because understanding how things are built helps me lead with empathy and effectiveness.
