About Michael Schnitzenbaumer

For the past years, I’ve worked at the core of large digital transformation projects—helping shape enterprise software at Allianz Technology. My focus: making complex systems deliver real business value, especially where emerging technologies meet everyday work. I currently lead a remote, cross-functional team across four countries, developing an AI-powered assistant for a global expert application. While I’m not a developer, I work closely with engineering and design to align business goals with practical implementation—ensuring the technology actually solves the problems it's meant to. As part of this, I’m also shaping a strategy to build up internal AI capability—giving developers, product owners, and managers the tools and mindset to use these emerging technologies for the best of our clients. With a 360° view to create results that provide value. Outside the enterprise world, I’ve always stayed close to creative work—especially photography and visual storytelling. I’m increasingly interested in where these disciplines meet: not as hype, but as thoughtful design, clarity, and expression.
