A defining achievement was the creation of iQNow, an AI-powered knowledge management platform that engaged users and saved over one million working hours. Building on this success, my team achieved another industry milestone: Just last month, in August 2025, we launched the first complex RA Agentic Assistant for Regulatory Operations into production. This system provides intelligent, context-aware support, proving the power of high-impact, responsible AI. My influence extends to shaping industry-wide conversations.
