I excel at leading teams with focus and goal-oriented strategies, consistently driving outstanding results. Additionally, I have supported multiple properties through transformation processes and hotel openings, leveraging my expertise to ensure smooth transitions and successful launches. In March 2021, I earned certification as a Mental Coach, further enhancing my skills in resource management, change processes, and career and success coaching.
