About Michael Schulte

Michael Schulte earned a bachelor's degree in finance from UNLV and began his financial services practice in 2012 with the goal of helping families and business owners make smart financial decisions that allow them to live on their terms for the rest of their life regardless of what life events and opportunities come their way. In 2017, Michael obtained the prestigious CExP™ designation through Business Enterprise Institute, making him the only Certified Business Exit Planner that resides in the state of Wyoming. He is known in his community as a premiere business exit planning professional due to his in-depth knowledge and ability to counsel business owners and their advisors on a wide array of business issues ranging from building value within a business to identifying exit objectives, addressing key employee incentive planning and retention issues, incorporating business continuity planning and establishing wealth preservation. Michael is a leader in Wyoming’s business community and hosts a podcast called ‘Saving the American Dream Podcast.’ The show covers a variety of topics including business exit planning and financial strategies for business owners and families. Since moving to Wyoming in 2016, Michael has spent time on the board of Advance Casper, helped coach Casper Crush and American Legion baseball, coached his son’s youth sports teams and spent time recording a separate podcast called WyoMoney Resource in 2017-18 where he interviewed local business owners about a variety of topics. Michael was born in Orange, California and raised in Henderson, Nevada. Currently his primary office is in Casper, Wyoming where he lives with his beautiful wife Devon and their three young children Jett, Landree, and Everlee.
