About Michael Schumann

I have always been interested in computer technology and IT support however I am not limited to that. I have done everything from carpentry to waitoring to Set Building but always revert back to IT as that is where my passion lies. I always try to exceed expectations and strive to better myself where I can. I am often requested by clients due to my friendly customer service and fast response times. I am a fast learner and am looking to broaden my skills so I am not afraid to take on new challenges and get better qualifications if required. I am keen to learn more skills and possibly study further. Besides IT I am excellent at communication such as customer relations and sales. Alot of the work I do now has shifted over to administration work as the company I work for is making use of my skill in that department however the technical enviroment is where my skill sets strive and flourish. I will always take on a challenge when presented with one as i believe there is always something new to learn or perhaps better refine.
