As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM), I develop and execute strategic campaigns that promote workplace safety across the construction industry. My role involves crafting compelling content, managing digital platforms, and driving engagement through email marketing, social media, and event promotions. I also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time. I am hands-on with various tasks, including shooting and editing photos and videos, managing our YouTube channel, and overseeing website content creation. I write articles for print publications and manage all aspects of visual and written communication. My expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite - including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom - allows me to produce high-quality content that supports our organization’s mission. I bring a creative and data-driven approach to all my projects, blending technical skills with strategic messaging to drive engagement and help foster a safer construction environment.
