With over 17 years sales experience and seven years of experience at Enghouse Interactive, I am passionate about enabling the management of omni-channel interactions across the organization. I leverage my skills in sales through account management, SaaS sales, and enterprise software sales to deliver value-added solutions that support any telephony environment, on premise or in the cloud. I have consistently achieved and exceeded my quotas, earning invitations to the President's breakfast for outstanding performance, and becoming the top sales person for Americas in 2019 and 2021. I have also built and rescued tier 1 accounts from churn, closing over $4.2 million in total sales revenue in 2019, and doubling the annual value of a rescued account from $284k to $526k in 2021.
