Hello, I am a first-year student at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on a journey to combine my passions for sports, customer service, community involvement, and Education. I'm a lifeguard at Millennium Place in Strathcona County, one of the city's top recreation facilities. I provided Supervision effective communication, Ensuring safety, and creating a positive environment for all guests. I strive to ensure that newly hired staff are trained to the County's standards and am proud to contribute to the well-being of our community. In addition to my lifeguarding role, I wear a different hat as a master club fitter with Sherwood Park GolfTown. Here, I have the privilege of helping customers find their perfect golf club set through personalized fittings, sharing my expertise, and enhancing their golfing experience. I pride myself as a golf expert and excel when training new employees to uphold golf town standards. Beyond my professional commitments, I care about giving back to the community. I'm honored to volunteer with the Ben Calf Robe Society, where I work with the Aboriginal and metis community, striving to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Sports have always been a significant part of my life. Growing up, I immersed myself in hockey and basketball, and now I've changed gears, pursuing triathlons and marathons. This transition has taught me valuable lessons in discipline, teamwork, accountability, and the importance of setting and achieving goals. I thrive in team environments, and I'm known for my strong work ethic and quick problem-solving skills. Whether diving into a complex task or supporting a teammate, I'm always up for a challenge. I'm excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in my academic and professional journey.
