Experienced in the implementation of machine virtualization for streamlined desktop management and for server consolidation. Technical Director responsible the design, validation and integration for one of the largest digital audio production systems in the world. IDAPS (Integrated Digital Audio Production System) hosts over 1400 clients within one facility spanning 44 language services. The system is intergal to the entire broadcast supply chain at VOA. From local and remote media ingest, editing and post production to live and automated play out. Technical Director responsible for design, validation and integration one of the largest digital audio automation systems at VOA. This system hosts 24 channels of record and playback capability which is integrated with our Traffic Scheduling System using Schedule All and Radio Master Control. Technical Director responsible for the design, validation and integration the Digital Video Media Asset Management System for VOA Television. This system is integral to the VOA TV supply chain process. It offers high resolution video ingest, both file and live streams, proxy video editing and is integrated with Final Cut Pro and AVID ISIS editing systems. The design also allows live video file playback across 7 TV studios. Rundowns are created and published within the system. Rundowns are integrated with teleprompters and graphics systems. Automation integration between the DaletPlus system and Harris ADC100 automation also exists.
