Training Consultant - training design and needs identification for staff, identification of training gaps and developing training priorities for management. Instructional Designer, Technical Writer and Trainer specialising in Government. I have worked in training roles in Defence, Human Services, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) and Department of Immigration and Border Protection (formerly known as Customs). I have worked on many training projects, including design, development, delivery and administration. I have extensive experience in the Intelligence field, both practical and training. I trained Law Enforcement officers and Intelligence professionals throughout Australia and South East Asia. Extensive experience in Government IT systems training, including specialist systems, administrator training, cyber security and various off the shelf and in-house systems.
