I majored and earned my bachelors degree in Finance. Prior to graduation in 2018 I worked on and off full time as a manager at Racetrac Petrolium in Georgia for 4 1/2 years. This gave experience in - Training and Managing staff - Managing store supplies and invoice input - Customer Engagement In the fall of 2018 I then joined Priority Payment Systems, working in the SMB Loan team. This was my first experience making "Cold Calls" after a few months I was promoted to the Junior Finance Specialist role, meaning I attained 1M in loans funded in 1 month. A few months after that I was promoted to "Senior Finance Specialist" meaning I funded over 1M for 3 consecutive months this role entailed- Cold Outbound and Inbound calls - Document collection and review in order to show good business standing - Point of contact for clients loan approval, This meant speaking with a business owner, their partners, lawyers, CPA's, etc in order to capture the most accurate understanding of the business During Covid I then worked in the healthcare industry in South Florida as a licensed accident and health professional informing Medicare recipients about - Time tables to review their current plan - Eligibility regarding programs, such as silver sneakers or transportation services- Similar plans to their own with improved pricing After a few months doing this my nephew was born and I decided to move back to Georgia. I rejoined my team at Priority but this time working as a "Supply Enablement Specialist" for our PCI end of the business. Here I- Made Outbound calls to Suppliers selling our payment processing- Negotiated processing costs- Guided clients through the application of our software and payment process.
