My experience enables me to negotiate with business partners to find the most equitable resolution to even the most complex issues. As a product leader, I have the sales background that enables me to understand the needs of the market; the operational background to ensure that the overall product portfolio is well thought out and cohesive; the leadership background to bring all of the stakeholders together to achieve success. As a sales leader, I offer an understanding of the product and its application that adds credibility to the sale; the ability to listen to clients and identify needs to facilitate product selection for lasting relationships; and coaching skills that encourage others to become the best version of themselves.
