Certified Salesforce Professional and experienced business professional with a strong background in education, curriculum consulting, and stakeholder engagement. I bring over a decade of experience in translating complex needs into clear solutions—first as a middle school math teacher, then as a curriculum specialist delivering data-driven presentations, technical training, and professional development to educators and district leaders. Now pivoting into the Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on experience, I’m passionate about leveraging CRM tools to solve business problems, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. I specialize in building intuitive reports and dashboards, gathering and documenting business requirements, designing scalable processes, and supporting user adoption across teams. With certifications in Salesforce Administration, Platform App Building, Associate, AI Associate, and Scrum Master (PSM I), I’m equipped to work cross-functionally to align systems with strategic goals. In my free time I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups both learning and helping others to leverage Salesforce to improve productivity and efficiency for their employers and co-workers! I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I enjoy long distance running and am actively training to run a marathon. I enjoy spending time with my wife, children and dogs. I also volunteer my time to help students shine on the stage of our local theater company. I am open to Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst opportunities where I can blend my technical aptitude, communication skills, and analytical mindset to drive process improvement and deliver real impact.
