With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Technology domain, I am a dynamic and seasoned professional known for leading and managing high-performing teams. I specialize in planning and organizing testing efforts for complex financial systems and am proficient in all phases of the QA life cycle, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, project planning, and reporting. Adept in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, I have developed robust test automation solutions for critical processes. Over a span of 5 years, I have served as a Business Analyst, focusing on Risk Management systems and Wealth Management applications for major financial institutions. This role naturally led to my evolution into a Product Owner, where I have also stepped in as a Scrum Master when needed. Currently, I am a Delivery Lead, working closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to address evolving regulatory requirements and facilitate the migration of legacy systems to modern technologies.
