About Michael Short

As a Programme Manager at Sitec Infrastructure Services Ltd, I lead and manage complex fixed line projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. My role involves overseeing a team of skilled professionals, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. With a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, I support my team’s development and performance through mentoring and coaching. I’m a member of Sitec’s Senior Leadership Team, with over 17 years of experience in communications. I specialise in turnkey MDU delivery, but have extremely well-rounded knowledge and experience of network build across a host of environments, from rural to national infill. I hold several certifications that demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the field, including Certified Telecommunications Project Management (CTPM®), IOSH and SMSTS to name a few. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as a professional in the telecommunications industry, and to contribute to the success of Sitec Infrastructure Services Ltd.
