About Michael Sierociuk

I, Michael Sierociuk, am a helper. Here is a quote from my role model and fellow educator on why helpers are important, maybe more important now than ever before."When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me,"Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping." To this day, especially in times of "disaster," I remember my mother's words and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers – so many caring people in this world."- Mr.(Fred) RogersI have extensive experience managing payroll and HR systems, particularly in ensuring seamless integration between the two. In my previous roles, I worked closely with HR teams and Payroll analysts to streamline payroll processes, troubleshoot technical issues along the way to perfect configuration, and deliver end-user training to maximize system adoption. I'm confident that my strong communication skills, including working as a radio disc jockey and classroom teacher, along with my problem-solving abilities will help optimize payroll operations efficiency. How can I help you?
