About Michael Sill

I currently serve as Chief of Staff to the Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Global Services' Mobility and Transportation Portfolio. In this role, I support internal operations, executive-level coordination, and cross-functional alignment for critical U.S. Air Force platforms such as C-17, KC-135, KC-10, T-7, and T-38. Previously, I led project management activities within Boeing’s AvionX division, managing the full development lifecycle for the Control and Displays product line. This included hardware and software planning and execution, supplier collaboration, and production readiness. My experience gives me a unique vantage point: I’ve seen the complexities of program execution firsthand and now apply that understanding to broader strategic planning and portfolio integration. I’m passionate about enabling leadership teams to make data-driven decisions, build collaborative cultures, and deliver outcomes that advance the mission. I’m committed to operational excellence and continuous innovation within aerospace and defense, driving meaningful impact for our customers and teams around the world.
