We founded Focus Partners over 17 years ago, and since then, our firm has been consulting with some of the top financial advisors and teams in the country. Our “customized but consistent” approach to coaching revolves around our model of Practice Optimization and has allowed us to become one of the premier full-service coaching firms for financial advisors in the industry. Our team of seasoned professionals have been working with advisors for decades. Our experiences enable us to work in all areas of an advisory practice. We help advisors adapt to the ever-changing industry, allowing them to avoid commoditization and grow their practices. In addition to our coaching and consulting, we have the privilege of being able to share our insights and experiences at workshops and conferences around the country.
