About Michael Simpson

Why me? That's what many may ask. The reason why, is because I am different. I combine the wisdom and common sense of the old generations along with the creativeness of the new generation. Over my years I have encountered many different experiences. Anywhere from the young farmboy just trying to survive, to first college graduate of my family, to world traveller, building top of the line facilities in multiple countries. Let's just say I've done a little bit of everything. In order to put myself into a quality leadership position, I believe that I should experience all levels of the field. This way I can somehow relate and understand each and every person that I encounter. I can understand what their problems are as well as knowing my problems. Then I can find a quality and productive solution that fits both of our needs. Some consider my youth as a henderance but I see it as an attribute. I can continue to learn and grow each day and have the stamina to push through the hard times to make it happen. Whatever challenge presents itself to me, will soon no longer be a challenge because I will find a way, somehow to be successful!
