The senior tax leader driving the Company’s tax strategy and contributing to the company’s strategic decision making. Provide leadership and oversight on all tax matters domestically and globally and across tax domains of operational, planning, and compliance. Mike has over 36 years of Accounting and Tax experience in both public and private organizations. He has over 26 years in public accounting, over 19 of those years as a PwC Tax Partner and over 8 years in large corporate tax department in a senior management role. His focus has been working with large multi-national corporations, mid-cap companies and private companies on complex tax and financial issues. Experience includes planning and structuring, compliance, financial reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, and managing tax authority reviews. Mike is a CPA licensed in Missouri. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, and an MBA, Finance. He has been recognized by SLU as a Distinguished Alumni.
