About Michael Sloane

With over 15 years of pharmaceutical and cGMP experience and a majority of that performing various analytical development and characterization of new formulations with the express goal of understanding their physicochemical properties and developing these products to commercialization. As a Lab Director I am a force multiplier and have a highly detailed technical skill set, especially, as it relates to HPLC analytical development with a focus on small molecule and degradation pathway analysis. I have used this skill set to prevent formulation incompatibilities and degradation impurities early in the R&D stage of development. I make an extremely positive impact on my department, in both my work output being extremely high quality and focusing and completing company goals.
