With a variety of experiences in progressive management roles in the hospitality industry, I pride myself in bringing a diverse perspective and skill set to any opportunity or challenge. I believe that self-awareness and personal growth are assets that have assisted me throughout my career, in making decisions that are well informed and well thought through to ensure sustainable, and practical results. Throughout my career I have also developed a track record of making those who work around me feel that they are included, heard, and engaged in the work at hand. I believe that this has been a recipe for success that empowers my teams to take ownership in their business. From chefs, to frontline staff, and from customers all the way to directors and investors, everybody has a stake in the successful operation and sustainability of a business. I have always strived to be the ‘connective tissue’ to bridge the unique set of needs and ideas of all stakeholders in a hospitality environment in order to continually address and resolve service and operational requirements.
