I am a board-certified family medicine physician that specializes in precision medicine currently obtaining an advanced post-doctoral training from the Institute of Functional Medicine. As the founder of Health 3.0, I have a passion to bridge allopathic medicine and preventive, longevity-focused medicine. After residency training, I worked internationally as a physician in New Zealand. I now have experience working full-time as a primary care physician, hospitalist and in the Emergency Department. Because of my diverse background in medicine, I have learned a plethora of deficiencies in healthcare. I started Health 3.0 to solve the major gaps in primary care, bringing it up to speed in the 21st century. My goal is to empower patients to achieve optimal health through personalized, innovative care in an environment that emphasizes clear and thorough communication in a team approach.
