About Michael Spadafora

I’m a Software Engineer (Front-End) at Cenero, where I help design, build, and maintain internal software used across the company, as well as Cenero’s flagship user-facing platform for monitoring audiovisual spaces, Constant Connect. At Cenero, I led the effort to formalize front-end development and product design practices where none previously existed. This included establishing front-end engineering standards, introducing and driving adoption of Figma as our design system and collaboration tool, building new front-end applications from the ground up, and shaping the processes we use to take products from concept through delivery. I’ve also played a key role in growing the team, mentoring developers, and setting technical and design direction to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across our products.I’m deeply committed to quality, knowledge, and results, and I’m always focused on improving both my own craft and the teams I work with. My work and leadership have been recognized with multiple certifications and awards, including the Commercial Integrator 40-Under-40 Award and the QSC Communities “Key to the City” Award (twice).Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, playing guitar, disc golf, hiking, and cooking.
