About Michael Spillert

When I was growing up, I often went to work with my dad, a biochemist and research professor at a large hospital in NJ. I had the opportunity to meet many doctors, learn about their medical specialties, and see firsthand how successful they were - inside and outside the hospital. My dad would often share their personal stories with me - who did what surgeries, where they went to medical school, businesses they owned, and very often, who was in financial trouble. And there were many. Bad business decisions, bad investments, too many divorces. I was shocked at how quickly these professionals lost what they had worked so hard to build. In my financial practice today, I use all available tools and resources to make sure my clients can avoid these financial pitfalls. Using a holistic approach, I help my clients protect, accumulate and distribute assets in the most effective way possible.
