About Michael Sproul

I have an established affinity for operations, inventory controls, and accounting concepts. I have a solid history of being a reliable individual who feels comfortable working either independently or as a team. I feel most comfortable following an established process and actively look for areas of opportunity to make the process more efficient. I see the importance of fostering open communication between various members of an organization to ensure the resources available are best allocated toward a common goal. Collaborating with other individuals and departments as required, I comfortable in routinely identifying and resolving operating concerns including but not limited to inventory, safety, accounting and productivity. I look past compartmentalized departments in order to see the bigger picture.
